Kate Berg spent 15 years working in marketing and strategic partnerships across categories from fashion, to food & CPG, to health and wellness. From Diane Von Furstenberg to Thrive Market, she has a passion for brands that support women and widening her access.

In 2019, Kate brought this passion to ByHeart, a next generation infant nutrition company focused on delivering best-in-class infant nutrition to babies and supporting parents throughout their feeding journey. Kate was able to experience this first hand when her son Oscar was born months before ByHeart came to market.

Kate created the UCLA Lab Party, an annual fundraiser to support next-generation research for UCLA’s department of Neurosurgery, of which she sits on the Board. Kate graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Mar Vista with her husband Mikey and Oskie.
