I’m David Sandoval and I’m a father of one baby girl named Cataleya. I also have a baby boy pending (coming soon)! I recently became engaged to my future wife, Susy. It’s been an exciting year. I enjoy making and developing Sounds / Music (11+yrs of experience). I’ve found music to be very therapeutic, almost like a source of channeling my mind and spirit through music; it’s expressive and personal. Music isn’t the only thing I’m passionate about. I have 5+ years of skilled experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. While maintaining apartment buildings, I have handled light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work, including emergencies and resolved on going issues to building (exterior/interior). I’m happy to say that I have received positive comments from residents and managers for my due diligence and work ethic. Overall, I’m proud to say, ‘I’m a part of this team and would like to make a difference for everyone on this team, including residents.
