In celebration of Black History Month, the Pathways team hosted a Trivia Night and watch party of Kevin Hart’s Guide to Black History Month. Pastries from a local black-owned coffee shop were provided to all attendees and a prize was given to the first-place winner of the Trivia game.
Also, during a recent life skills workshop for housing residents, we were joined by Seen&Heard, a nonprofit that seeks to develop the professional character of system-impacted youth through performing arts training. The workshop focused on cultivating interpersonal skills through trauma-informed, evidence-based programming. The goal is to ensure all youth are seen, heard, and ultimately successful in their personal lives.
