“Hello, my name is Roshunda Dorris, and leveraging my expertise to provoke positive change and unlock the full potential of those I encounter is my passion!

With a career spanning over 21 years as a professional development coach and mentor, I’ve had the opportunity to engage in multiple forms of mentorship and professional development initiatives. In 2015, I was able to integrate my mentoring proficiency with my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, transitioning into roles as a Child Development Specialist and Early Childhood Education Professional Development Coach. My commitment to fostering growth and learning extended further in May 2022, after I earned my MAED (Master of Education) with a specialization in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design. Over the course of two decades, I’ve been able to share my skills and experience with the Antelope Valley community, offering executive, professional, and mentoring services through keynotes, interactive seminars, and more. Joining the UFC team as a College Counselor provides me the opportunity to remain dedicated to unlocking the limitless potential within each individual I encounter. Thank you!”
