Cathleen Cull joined the NextGen Board in January 2023 after serving as an active volunteer and leader with the Junior League of Los Angeles for 14 years. It was Junior League’s community impact, specifically those initiatives focused on transitional age foster youth, that most inspired her. She is passionate about service and making a difference in others’ lives. Cathleen has worked with organizations such as Aviva Family Services, Mar Vista Family Center and Heart of Los Angeles, and is passionate about the opportunity to continue that meaningful community service work and impact with UFC.

Cathleen graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. After a successful 18-year advertising career with magazines like People and Martha Stewart Living, Cathleen shifted her career to Real Estate where her dedication to service impacts her clients in a personal way. Cathleen is a top-producing Realtor with Rodeo Realty. In her free time, she teaches Pilates, rides horses, and enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
