Kyle Miller owns Love Yoga in Los Angeles and leads training and retreats around the world. Her classes allow students to shape their own point of view and regain perspective. Expect spherical movements to clean the joints and set the conditions for optimal functionality. Kyle believes that Yoga is a personal well-being practice that should make life easier. Her class is the perfect way to restore efficiency, structural integrity and joy to the human system.
